Undoubtedly, 2023 was marked by significant acquisitions for Sallee Development. Among the highlights, we successfully closed a 30,000 square foot single-tenant industrial building in Montgomery, IL, within the vibrant Chicago Metropolitan Statistical Area (MSA). This strategic move not only reinforced our commitment to the Midwest market but also underlined our confidence in the region’s economic resilience.

Additionally, we secured another key building in our portfolio by closing on a 40,000 square foot single-tenant industrial building located in Mokena, IL. These acquisitions signify more than just transactions; they represent our dedication to identifying prime investment opportunities and capitalizing on them to enhance our portfolio’s value.

The acquisition of the industrial buildings in Montgomery and Mokena adds to our ever-expanding portfolio, which now boasts an impressive 26 assets acquired, totaling over $100 million across the Midwest. This milestone is a testament to our relentless pursuit of growth in the real estate sector.
