Spring Hill, Kansas – April, 2024 – Sallee Development, in collaboration with Hakes Brothers, city officials, chamber members, and trade partners, celebrated a significant milestone with the groundbreaking event for Hidden Hills, a new residential community set to offer modern living options in Spring Hill, Kansas.
Found on 80 acres along 207th Street, Hidden Hills blends countryside with contemporary amenities. The planned community will comprise 240 single-family homes, 96 townhomes, a pool, playground, pond and walking trails, offering a diverse array of housing options to cater to various lifestyles.
