Hidden Hills will add 238 single-family homes for sale and 96 maintenance-provided townhomes for rent in the growing city of Spring Hill, KS. The plan for the neighborhood calls for a community pool, playground, pond and walking trails. Located 1.6 miles east of U.S. Highway 169 in an area centered between Woodland and Ridgeview roads, the 80-acre subdivision will sit just north of 207th Street. Sallee Development will build the townhomes, which will range from 1,260-square-foot units with two bedrooms to 1,800-square-foot units with four bedrooms. The townhomes, which include attached garages, will start at about $1,800 per month. The community is currently under development and is set to start construction in Spring of 2025. Jake’s Crossing and south of 4th Street, development is complete and construction will start this Summer with the first units completed Spring 2025.
